Custom and personalized orders
I accept custom orders for some items. Please feel free to request a custom order. There is an additional fee, dependent on fabric choices and actual labor hours involved. I'm not currently able to offer personalization.
What do I do if my order is received damaged or different than described or pictured?
If you receive an item that is damaged, or is not as described or pictured, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt so that I can assist you right away.
Are packages insured?
Yes, all packages are shipped insured, either through the USPS directly or through a third party. If a package is lost or damaged, please contact me right away so that I can start the investigation process through the insurer. Once the insurer has concluded the investigation, any necessary refunds are made. Please DO NOT discard any part of the packaging or item, as the insurer will need to inspect them.
Can coupons be used on custom orders?
Custom order pricing is determined using cost information for fabrics chosen and labor hours involved. As such, coupons and discounts are not allowed for custom orders. If a coupon is used at checkout, the order will automatically cancel.
What is the restocking fee on returns?
If you change your mind about an item and wish to return it, a 30% restocking fee applies. This means your refund will equal 70% of the cost of the item. Shipping costs are not refunded. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
What carrier is used for shipping packages?
I use the US Postal Service for all packages, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page for individual items. This means that if you have a post office box, you'll want to use that for your shipping address.
